About this property

Villa at the crossroads of Burgundy, Castles of Loire Valley and Paris

Enjoy the peace and quiet of the French countryside in our vacation home! It boasts a beautiful 9x4 m heated swimming pool, and a large enclosed garden of over 3000m².

Six bedrooms, including 3 with double beds (Two 160cm large beds, and one 140cm) and 3 with single beds. Two living rooms and a fireplace. A bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower and a shower room with shower cubicle. Two toilets.
The house is fully equipped.

Barbecue, plancha, table soccer, ping-pong table...

Dating from the end of the 19th century and with a surface area of approx. 240m², the house is located in a quiet, unoverlooked, south-facing position, in the middle of nature, in a hamlet in the countryside right next to a river, much appreciated by fishermen.

Local farmers' markets several times a week in the vicinity. Village center and shops 2.5 km away. Hiking trails starting from the house. Montargis, "the Venice of the Gâtinais", is 20 km away.

This vacation home is also the starting point for numerous excursions: Châteaux de la Loire, Château de Guédelon, Grande Route des vins de Bourgogne as Chablis, Eurodisney and Paris 1h30 away...

Flexible rental dates! We can start renting on any day of the week (not necessarily Saturday). But in Summer, we ask that your stay be a minimum of 7 nights in summer !

Swimming pool open and heated from May till September.

Wonderful house and host!

We stayed 2 weeks at this wonderful house. The house is well equipped and is very spacious. We went as two families (9 people) and we had plenty of room! The pool is really nice and even has a pool-cleaning robot so the pool is always clean. The pool is furthermore heated to 26 degrees celsius, which is really great should the weather disappoint. The house is super secluded and private and is overall great for many people. The garden is fantastic and offers great privacy and opportunities for different garden activities. The location is furthermore close to a small river and walking distance to the small town Triguères which for instance has a great bakery. In addition hereto the house is in close driving distance of several other great cities and many wonderful wineries (45 minute drive to Chablis fx!). The host is super welcoming and is really easy to communicate with. The host is super fluent in english which really eases the communication for non-french speaking. We can highly recommend booking a stay at this wonderful house!

Super séjour en famille

Nous sommes ravis de notre week-end de Pâques passé à Triguères. La météo n’ayant pas été toujours au rdv, nous avons passé beaucoup de temps en intérieur mais la pièce à vivre est vraiment spacieuse et chaleureuse grâce à sa cheminée. Nous étions 9 adultes, 5 enfants dont 2 bébés de -1an et 1 chien et nous n’avons pas eu la sensation d’être les uns sur les autres. La maison est vraiment très bien équipée (cuisine, condiments, beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants, équipements pour les bébés). L’extérieur est tout aussi agréable et bien équipé, cela donne envie de revenir en été pour profiter de la piscine et du salon de jardin ! La localisation était idéale pour nous car nous habitons aux 3 coins de la France, il était important de se retrouver dans un endroit calme et agréable et nous n’avons pas été déçus ! nous n’avons pas visité les alentours mais notre hôte nous a envoyé un book très complet pour la maison et les visites à faire aux alentours, la communication a d’ailleurs été fluide tout le long et il a été très aidant et arrangeant. Un grand merci pour son accueil, c’est une adresse que nous garderons précieusement pour nos prochaines réunions familiales !

Séjour d’une semaine en juillet 2023

Très jolie propriété bien équipée. Grande piscine et équipements divers (baby-foot, tennis de table, jeu de fléchettes, filet badminton ainsi que balançoire et trampoline pour les enfants) Endroit calme et reposant. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires. Avons passé une excellente semaine. Très grand terrain parfait pour les chiens!
