Comfy home away from home

All met or exceeded our expectations. The house was comfortable, nicely decorated and provided all the amenities necessary to make for an enjoyable stay.

Quiet. Close to amenities. Rated super host but communication substandard.

Accommodation as listed. Comfortable beds. Parking. Dishes etc. Property would be at super host rating with a few changes. Provide checkin details 24 hours before. Needs a host binder with instructions on how unit is to be left wrt to laundry, garbage, dishwasher etc. for groceries, restaurants etc.

Beautiful clean house in a nice neighborhood

The property was great. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and well stocked. You will notice some minor wear and tear with some of the furnishings like the throw pillows. Communication with the host could have been a bit better. They had cancelled our first booking on another property 10 days prior to our stay it appears it was double booked. And checking out I had mixed communication about the time. I had emails sent to me stating that check out was 11 am but when the host sent the information the night before it was marked as 10 am. We did go back and forth as this hour difference did not work for our schedule and they did accommodate our request to check out later than 10 am which we appreciated. In future bookings i would always double check the time for checking out.
