Summary:

This luxury two-bedroom apartment located in the sought after vibrant city fringe suburb of Waterloo enjoys beautiful views over tree tops and the adjacent park.

A leisurely stroll north will take you to the converted rail yards now known as the Carriageworks which is a creative hub of cafes and galleries including a bustling farmers market every Saturday. Stroll south and you will find the charming gardens of the Grounds of Alexandria. A place to eat, drink and relax. The train station and buses to the city are only a few minutes walk away for a quick ride to iconic attractions such as the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge



The Space:

The open plan living and kitchen is bathed in natural light. The sunny terrace is a perfect place for alfresco dining. This is a welcome haven after a busy day enjoying what the city has to offer. There is an expansive common roof top garden for extra outdoor space and entertaining. This central location has cafes, restaurants and transport on the doorstep. Only a short drive to the international and domestic airports, golf courses, Centennial Park and famous local beaches.

Instructions to get to the property were easy to follow and very concise. The property was spotless and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. My only issue would be the location is on a busy road and as it is only single glazing the noise in the morning is quite considerable

Very acceptable but unfortunately slightly put off by the fact that the extractor hod and filter were broken and on the countertop, one of the fobs needed to be reprogrammed and the duvet was a few feet too narrow for the king size bed. We brought all this to the attention of the company, but none of them were resolved before we left. A pity because the apartment Otherwise was very good.
