Beachy perfect, this beautiful condo will become your go to vacation home. With accommodations for 12, located on the 4th floor, it has magnificent ocean views, with lots of windows to let in the views and sunshine. Enjoy a large balcony off the oceanfront living room to watch and hear the waves, a fully equipped kitchen for family meals, your own washer/dryer in unit, 3 smart TVs (all w/ cable, Roku and streaming services), free Wi-Fi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Don't forget about the large outdoor pool, sundeck, plus children's pool! Whether it is walking the beach, visiting nearby restaurants and shops, laying poolside, or a short distance to the Boardwalk or other amusements, this is the perfect spot for your family vacation!

The property ( condo and building) is non smoking and animals are prohibited. The building does charge a non refundable registration fee due on arrival. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
