The property was perfect for our group of 11. The kitchen/dining room has a table for 12 with two extra chairs and fit us so comfortably. Even the living room was big enough for our whole group. Everything was clean when we checked in and there’s so much in the kitchen to use. Plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, and plates/utensils too! We loved the wrap around porch and jacuzzi. There was also a ton of deer which was fun to see! It’s the perfect location right on the lake, only 6 minutes from Lacawac Sanctuary with 9 miles of trails, 8 minutes from Lighthouse Harbor Marina, and 20-25 minutes from Hawley. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I would stay here again!

Charming Lake House

This is a beautiful lake house with great updates that preserve the charm. It’s about 30 minutes from Scranton and perfect skiing. We would stay again

Amazing home!

This is the best stay we have ever had! The place is just everything you need. Perfect for a weekend family trip, bachelorette party, etc! The owners are extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions. STAY HERE!

What a great rental! Owners are extremely responsive and helpful. The decor and personal touch throughout the house was amazing. From the relaxing on the wrap around front porch, the spacious dining room, and the adorable bedrooms. Nothing short of a perfect vacation home. 10/10 would recommend

Elegant, Peaceful, Fun

The farmhouse has been completely renovated and is very well-appointed. It was perfect for our family! The adults stayed here for the week, and the kids visited to play (although there are rooms for everyone). At one point four generations were all happily gathering - on the gorgeous wraparound porch, in the garage billiards room, or around the beautiful dining room table. The photos don’t do it justice! Smooth check-in, good communication, great central location for visiting Lake W and surrounding towns.

Best vacation rental ever

18 yr veteran B&B owner in VT reporting that this house was impeccably clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated and well appointed for our family gathering. Our family grew up spending summers on the lake and we wanted to celebrate Mom, who as early as the 1950’s also recreated here, by coming together in this special place.The kitchen was especially appreciated by my family of cooks. Several of us could easily work in the large kitchen; from the over the stove pot fill faucet to the zester and ice cream scoop in the drawer, we had all we needed. We then could all 13 of us sit at the beautiful dining room table to enjoy the meals. Hanging out in the mornings and evenings on the wrap around porch with the deer was delightful and our 89 yr old Mom spent lots of time on the swing.Every vacation rental should be as lovely. A special shout out to the property manager and team (cleaners). The property owners are lucky to be able to entrust their home to you.
