About this property

The Place for family and friends to do it all: Relax, enjoy the beach, play outdoor and indoor games. There is something for everyone! Kyacks, Bikes, Skim boards, Bocci Ball, Corn Hole toss, Croquet, Pool table, Table tennis, Fooseball, Air Hockey and arcade games! We have been renting the top portion of our house out (sleeps 15) since February 2022 (we are new to VRBO). As of January 2024 the the basement is 90% finished and we now offer access to the games room and two MORE queen semi-private bedrooms. You have close to 5000 Sqft of 6000 to use (there are a couple of private storage areas and a garage that is not available for use). We have decided not to increase the daily rate until the basement is 100% finished, consider it a bonus area. To be noted that Bedrooms 6 & 7 are semi private rooms in the basement. There is no bathroom on first floor / basement.
We are a 10 min walk downhill to the beach and 15 min walk back.
**As noted above we use the VRBO site for monthly rentals only (minimum 28 days). From October 11 to June 30th. If you book 3 months consecutively within this period we will give you a $3550 credit back for the stay. Reach out for more details.

Winter stay

Great stay. Steve our host had a nice fire going so home was nice and cozy. Home is comfortable and lots of entertainment on long dark winter nights.

We live in Surrey BC just 40 minutes away and I have roots in Point Roberts. From a young age I spent all my summers on the Point. I was naturally drawn back and so happy my family enjoys it too. We love entertaining and spending time with family and friends. When we came across the Adobe home it was perfect for us and we instantly fell in love with it and continued the restoration torch that was started before us.

Why they chose this property

It was the house that drew us to the location and we found ourselves in such a wonderful part of nature and beautiful neighbors. We trust that anyone enquiring about the home will very much respect the property but especially the neighbors.

What makes this property unique

Large open spaces. 16 people can be in the open living room/dining room & kitchen and it doesn't at all feel full. There is a ton of room and lots of private bedrooms. Winters are made cozy with the wood-burning stove. Our kitchen is outfitted with all the gear for cooking ... talking about room... you can have 4 cooks in the kitchen without getting close to being in each other's way.
