You can see the river from the balcony and it is walking distance from local bars and eateries. Staff was very nice and they were easy to work with when booking accommodations. The pool was also a great addition to have access to during our stay.

Glad you enjoyed your stay, love the pool and the view of the river. Please book your next stay with us.
Place was as advertised.and worked great for our short stay in Carrabelle. Worked as a great home base for visiting with family that lives in Carrabelle and taking a trip out to Dog Island. We would stay here again.
Enjoyed our stay at Angler's View. The condo was beautiful; all the necessary amenities provided. Great location for fishing and going over to the beach.
My husband, myself & our friends had a great time. With the boat ramp right across the street it was very convenient to put our boat in go fishing & enjoy the beaches/islands by boat. The on site pool was also a great way to start/end our day of boating. House had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this charming condo.
On a whim, we decided to get away for the weekend and take our boat to Carrabelle so we could drive over to Dog Island for the day. The boat ramp in front of the complex is convenient and the property itself is beautiful on the inside. Having access to a pool and being walking distance to key restaurants is also a plus. Great experience and we plan to come back again.
Great vacation spot for those look for quiet and unwinding
Nice Location, clean and well maintained. Amenities were good for our purpose of getting off of the beaten path of Destin, Panama City. Great access to fishing, beaches but you will want to plan on cooking as restaurant are distant. People are friendly though.

This home is close to the public boat ramp in downtown Carrabelle. Beautiful views of the Carrabelle River, close to shops and restaurants. A great place to book your next getaway!
Easy process to rent and get in. Property is nice and well maintained. A quick walk to the fishing pier made this location ideal for our trip.
Minor issue, the gate pool code did not work but a neighbor helped us to get in

You will love this condo so close to the boat ramp. Close to everything as in downtown Carrabelle, shopping, restaurants etc. Beautiful views also.
There are screened in porches on both levels that allow you to go out and watch the river. We woke up every morning and would immediately go out on the bedroom porch to see the weather and enjoy the spring air. We loved our stay and plan to stay again.
This condo is decorated very nicely. We liked how all bedrooms have their own bath. Also, the location was great, right by the city boat ramp. Only downside is it’s hard to keep the top floor, where the great room is located, cool during the day. Despite that, we would definitely rent it again.
This is the third time we have rented this condo, and we plan to continue in the future, too. We like how each bedroom has a bathroom. It has been nicely renovated and furnished. In addition to comfortable inside space, there is also a balcony off the living room overlooking the river, enough space to park 2 cars under the condo, and a sitting area. It is conveniently located across the street from the boat ramp and a short walk to local bars & restaurants.
My two daughters and I evacuated from the Tampa Bay Area ahead of the hurricane. It was a great choice. I have friends in Sopchoppy and wanted to be close. The unit is very nice. It’s clean and comfortable and very well furnished. We loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It’s within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The only problem I had was two flights of stairs but I am older. I would still stay there again because of all the good features.
The location, view, and condo layout and decor was great. Main living area on the 2nd floor was difficult and the air unit didn't push enough air to get to the top floor so it was always warm up there. Lucky for us we had cool evenings and were able to cool the place down by opening windows and doors for a few hours. There was not enough adequate parking for our trucks and trailers, but the neighbors were very helpful in making things work out. We had a great time and made the best of the situation.
All the positives hard to overcome the temperature on arrival
Despite specifically saying we would arrive late our first night before ever booking this stay, the property managers did not turn down the AC before our arrival. Since the entry level of the rooms is already the 2nd floor and the kitchen/living are on the 3rd floor, it was hours before we could go to sleep waiting for the AC to get the rooms to an even bearable temperature. We stayed from Thursday night until Monday morning and the living room stayed hot the entire stay with the AC turned down to the owner's limit of 73*. This was even during May so I can't imagine using this condo anytime except winter again. Overall, this downside was an overriding issue for us despite all the other huge positives including the beautiful decor, screened porches, PERFECT location to the boat ramp, outdoor seating furniture, etc. Only King size bed is closest to entry door and doesn't have ensuite bathroom. You will get a nonstop workout with the stairs too.
The house is 2 story on stilts so stairs are definitely a daily chore. The area was so quiet and the view was beautiful over looking the water. A 5 minute walk to the dock. The beds were all very, very, very firm. Blankets had to be washed before using. (One had baby spit-up on it or something.) The townhouse faces the afternoon sun that comes in hot and the a/c couldn't keep up, especially in the 3rd floor with the kitchen and living room. Only had one love seat and some wicker chairs in living room. No comfortable seating for a 3 Bed and 3 bath house. Kitchen was nice with good appliances. Glasses, utincles, plates and such were put up dirty (maybe the previous people didn't run the dishwasher or something and everything got put up like that?).
Overall it was good stay. A perfect getaway from every day busy life for people that love nature and water.
