Beautiful Location

The Townhouse was beautifully cleaned and well looked after. Very close to the beach. Close enough for easy access to town but far enough away to get peace and quiet.

Rooms not ready as requested

Overall good after we ran dishes in dish washer and separated crockery and cutlery from filthy drawers . Booked and paid for 3 bedroom and on arrival only one room was ready . Made arrangements to check in at 1pm and was agreed upon over phone however when questioned on why rooms weren’t ready , was told that we checked in earlier than 3pm. We walked into the property maybe 2.55pm and called through relaying what was presented to us and were told that a supervisor hadn’t come around to do final check - don’t know how this was possible in 5minutes . Would have excused however communication from Fraser coast management was very defensive . Have used Stayz before and have never had to deal with this before
