The Space:
Hilton Head Beach Club is professionally managed by Carolina Coast Vacations. Beach Club Villa #47 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom 2-story villa with a front and back private courtyard and a balcony off of the primary bedroom overlooking the grounds and adjacent to the pool & sundeck.

Our newly remodeled Beach Haven is the perfect escape for your Hilton Head Island Retreat. Hilton Head Beach Club is made up of only 50 villas with a community pool & sundeck featuring umbrella-topped tables and ample lounge chairs (POOL OPEN April 1st- October 31st). The villa is just a short walk across the street to our beautiful beaches. Our island is lined with pedestrian walkways & bikepaths, making getting to the beach a breeze.

If walking or biking isn't for you, our Breeze Trolley is a FREE TROLLEY line that runs around the Coligny area & communities and across part of the island with trolley stops and online maps (Trolley runs seasonally--visit Breeze Trolley online to see trolley schedules).

If you are an early riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!

Our villa is the perfect distance to the family-fun Low Country Celebrations Park, Coligny Plaza, Piggly Wiggly Grocery, and Coligny Beach. Walk over to Forest Beach Surf & Cycle for great bike and surf equipment rentals. You'll have easy storage on your front courtyard for bikes for the whole family.

We know cooking is the last thing most want to do on vacation, but our newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with all-new cookware and kitchen ware you will need to dish up some family meals. Grill on our new BBQ gas grill on the back courtyard with an outdoor table and chairs. Our back-courtyard gate gives you quick-and-easy access to walk back and forth from the community pool that is only steps away.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed. The guest room has a queen-sized bed. Our living room and both bedrooms have Roku TV's with streaming apps and the Spectrum Cable App. The living room features a brand new Queen sleeper sofa with a roll away coffee table and 2 accent swivel chairs. The bedrooms have plenty of closet space with extra pillows and blankets and a Pack 'n Play stored in the closet for the little ones. Both king-sized bedrooms have a large dressers for extra storage, as well. The Jack-and-Jill bedrooms share a connecting full bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/garden tub combo.
The primary bedroom faces the back of the property with a balcony and chairs overlooking the community grounds and back courtyard. All beds are made with high-quality linens prior to guest arrival. A set of bath towels are included for each guest. Additionally, a set of towels and linens are bundled in the living room for the use of the sleeper sofa.

On the main level, there is a half bath, a dining area with a table that seats 4, and 2 bar stools at the kitchen extended counter-top. Our stack-able washer & dryer are tucked away off of the kitchen. Hilton Head Beach Club has assigned parking with numbered parking spots. Only one (1) parking spot is assigned for each villa out front. There is a parking hang tag inside the villa guests are required to hang in the dashboard while parking on property. Unnumbered parking spots are first come-first serve. If you require a second parking pass, please notify Carolina Coast Vacations prior to your arrival date so we can accommodate one (1) additional parking hang tag. All parking hang tags must be returned to the villa before departure. There is a $50 fine for lost hang tags at departure.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the front courtyard.

Guest Access:
Key-less entry door code will be provided prior to check-in time for easy access to the property. The villa has one parking space. If there is a potential that you will need a second space, you must contact host prior to arrival for second hangtag. NO MORE THAN 2 CARS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

The Neighborhood:
A premier south east barrier island off of the coasts of South Carolina and Georgia. Ride your bike, walk or take the Breeze Trolley to locations from the South End to Mid-island! Enjoy easy days relaxing in the sun, sand and surf on some of the best beaches in the country. Getting Around:
Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
