Welcome to our beautiful 1200 square foot, 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath oceanfront home located in a secure gated community in the picturesque town of Negril, Jamaica.

Our cozy and comfortable home is situated just steps away from the stunning turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat, our place is the perfect place to unwind, relax and indulge in the beauty of the Jamaican coast.

Our home is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with big screen TV. There are plenty of dining options
including an indoor breakfast suite for 4 and outdoor covered dining table for 6. Enjoy cooking fresh meals alfresco on the charcoal BBQ or propane side burner.

The air conditioned bedrooms are tastefully decorated and feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a queen size bed, chaise lounge, big screen TV, a combination safe, balcony with ocean views and features an ensuite with a luxurious soaker tub and a generous walk-in shower. In the guest bedroom, you’ll find a single over double bunk bed, plenty of closet storage, expansive windows opening out to a sunrise balcony and an adjacent 3-piece bathroom.

The community amenities, include a fifty foot infinity swimming pool, a tennis court, a 1/2 basketball court, and a stunning private sand beach with lots of comfortable loungers.

Take in spectacular sunsets and the sound of the sea from the custom built stone multi level terrace area. Have Happy Hour under the palapas, or simply lounge the hours away.

Our location provides whatever you seek - whether it’s the serene community or vivid nightlife which is a short ride away on the famous 7 Mile Beach area. Take a morning stroll along the pristine Bloody Bay beach and look into the many excursions available in the area.

Comfy stay!

We absolutely loved the property! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The backyard is AMAZING! The kitchen had great appliances, lots of nice little touches. The neighborhood amenities are wonderful as well, very quiet and safe. I wish there was a bit more space for clothing storage but we made due. We will definitely stay again.

Stress Free Zone

Had the most relaxing moments looking out on the ocean every morning from the lower level. We would sit out there and just forget about time. There’s a sign out there that reads “Stress Free Zone”. And that is exactly what this place is. This truly felt like a home away from home.

Jamaican Community

This home is in a distinctive, beautiful, safe and friendly community right outside of Negril. The house is spotless, beautiful, two bedrooms, a spacious living and kitchen area and an amazing deck and Patio that extends over a cliff, right on the ocean. The owner got back to us instantly when there was an issue and tried her utmost to resolve. The pool in the complex is very large, fronts a small beach and was clean and wonderful. There is a communal tennis court that we used for tennis and pickle and the owner left us good requests, balls as well as beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella. Hence the five stars. There is also a good washer,dryer. However, If you are working be aware that the internet was very spotty and we spent a lot of time on the phone with various entities getting it back up.This caused a lot of problems at the outset of the trip. The master bedroom has its own balcony and large bath. What it does not have is any drawers or closets so I never unpacked. The guest room has an oddly configured closet. If you have no guests you can use that. Bring a few beachtowels as the ones provided are thin. Jamaica has great restaurants and beaches nearby. The beach on the property is very small, but an 8 minute walk through a lovely jungle path brings you to Bloody Bay, a large beach. It would have been helpful to be aware of this as the Beach book for guests needs a lot more information.
