We spent Labor Day weekend at the cabin. Just got back yesterday. This place is soooo peaceful. The view of the lake is beautiful. Communication with Lyndall was amazing. Would highly recommend this property.
Had a great stay at this cozy cabin. Right next to the lake with everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and we used both grill and firepit. Owners are really responsive, friendly, and helpful. Lots of info on the surrounding area helped with planning things to do, and they even had binoculars to watch the many birds all around. Would definitely stay again!
This place was so relaxing! Will definitely stay again in the future! Lyndall is very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions you have. Thank you Lyndall for allowing us to stay at your cabin
Great family memories, It rained alot but we were still able to enjoy sitting out on the back deck so peaceful!

Great place to relax
The back deck and lake view was awesome. The cabin needs some updating but very quiet and relaxing place. Lyndall was great abd the snacks was a great surprise.
We enjoyed being away from town and having the water view. My sons used the kayaks and enjoyed time on the water. The burn ban didn't allow us to use the fire pit but all the supplies were available and ready to go. Very spacious cabin.
Lydall was awesome and left us a few snacks which was a wonderful surprise. The outside of the house is wonderful and so peaceful!

Rustic hunter's cabin
The location, right on Lake Dardanelle, is beautiful. The cabin is pretty rustic and you have to drive 4 miles down a dirt road. It was fun to ride the bike on the country roads. The neighbor's dogs run free.
Property was quaint, rustic. Enjoyed peace and quiet. Lyndall was very kind, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, cabin well stocked. Thanks!

May Stay
The cabin needs some updating as far as new roofing and some paint on the ceiling. There appears to have been some damage to the roof maybe during the recent storms. The cabin location was absolutely beautiful! The fishing spot was a great sport and my husband caught enough fish for a good fish fry. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The host were always quick to respond and the supplies in the cabin were very helpful. It is a little drive to town but we loved the quiet stay.

Our Stay
The owners are wonderful and very helpful. The property has a lot of potential. If it looked like the pictures in VRBO, we would have been satisfied. It was dirty, lots of spiderwebs, floors dirty, and outside was not clean enough to enjoy. No grass and a lot of mud. I get it just rained but there was not a walkway into home. The deck and furniture was dirty. The neighbors had a goat and chickens that were very loud. The owners could make it VERY enjoyable.
Filthy! Kitchen fridge/freezer had melted, spoiled food left by prior renter. Breaker in kitchen was tripped and owner was unable to come to fix until the next morning. Shower had not been cleaned (used personal scrubby and black hair present). Sheets in dryer and laundry machines had broken knobs. TV remote did not work. When owner finally arrived, he never apologized or made any effort to clean the filth. He actually said "well, didn't you check the breaker" as if it was my responsibility to fix his problems. I left as soon as I was able to arrange other accommodations.
Came to visit a friend with chronic illness, so I didn’t want to stay with her. This location was within 15 minutes of her home. Due to flight delays, I arrived close to midnight and couldn’t find the place. My GPS had it about half a mile before the actual location. I was exhausted and out of sorts. I called the owner and the poor man got dressed and led me to the house in the middle of the night. He was incredibly gracious.
The home is stocked with everything you need. It is not fancy but very comfortable. My friend would tire by afternoon, so I would sit on the deck with coffee and read. There’s an Eagle nest nearby.
On the third day the weather changed and the host personally came over to make sure the stove was lit and bring extra blankets. He also gave wonderful suggestions about places to go. I’d highly recommend
