The space

This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

Guest access

Guests with reservations 28 days stay and more have access to the Gym, Outdoor Swimming Pool and Hot Tub in the building

Other things to note

According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to check in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment.

- Parking is NOT included in the price but may be available at $15/ night, please inform if you need parking not less than 24 hours prior arrival. There is the paid public parking across the street $30 per 24 hours.

- Pets are not allowed in the apartment
.- We offer Travel Crib (for baby 0-18month) and Bed Rails. 5$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure.Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in.Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building

***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Please take a moment to read the unit policies:
✅ The minimum age for booking is 18 years.
✅All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded.
✅Check-in is after 4PM, check-out is before 12PM.
Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible.
✅Pets ARE NOT allowed in the apartment.
✅The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation.
✅ Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID:
international passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID).
Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID.

* NO PARTY POLICY
The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.

** NO SMOKING POLICY
The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you:
- 150$ service call
- 200$ cleaning fees
