Nestled in Sylvan Lake's desirable Cottage Area, just 1 block from the beach, this welcoming home offers the best of both worlds—close to restaurants, convenience stores, and lakeside activities, yet far enough from downtown to enjoy a peaceful stay.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny south-facing deck, then spend the day at the beach before returning to soak in the NEW 4-person hot tub under the stars.

The fully fenced backyard features a fire pit area, outdoor games, and save up to $100 per day in parking fees for the length of your stay

Sleeping accommodations include:
• King bedroom

• Pull-out sofa bed
• Flex space with Pull-out Sofa Bed and queen air mattress

Guest Access
You will have the entire home and yard to yourself during your stay. Firewood and outdoor games, including bocce and ladder ball, are provided for your enjoyment.

Located on the east end of town, it is easy to explore Sylvan Lake by foot or car. Several restaurants are within walking distance if you'd rather let someone else prepare breakfast before a day at the beach.

Beautiful lakehouse

We had a perfect stay in lake Sylvan. Perfect location for days at the beach. The house also offered a board game cabinet and puzzles which the kids enjoyed a lot in quiet times. Condiments in the fridge and shared cupboard eased our cooking.

My husband and I have raised our family in Sylvan Lake, having lived here for over 30 years. We host one of our properties and manage 3 or our son Marc's properties. We now have grandchildren and enjoy all that Sylvan Lake has to offer. From sleighing and skating in the winter, to golfing, mini-golf, spray park and of course spending time at the beach in the Summer. We live only 10 minutes from any one of the properties. That makes it easy for our guests should any situation arise that requires immediate attention. We are always available to offer insights of the area for our guests.

What makes this property unique

The Lakehouse, as we lovingly refer to it, is a great property. It has the charm and character you would expect to find of a cottage on the lake. It is situated in an ideal spot, with only a block walk to the beach, convenient stores and restaurants. There is a spacious back yard, plenty of parking and heck we even provide the fire wood for your outdoor fire enjoyment. We treat our guests just as we would 'family' coming to stay for the week or the weekend. You will not be disappointment when choosing this property.
