Phillip is a snug Canberra suburb located outside the city centre, in the Woden Valley district. Home to the Woden Town Centre, the suburb is a hub of activity, situated at the intersection of major arterial roads. The suburb contains numerous distinct areas. From the bustling commercial park, Westfield and town centre are clustered on the eastern side of the suburb. To the leafier northwestern side that features numerous parks, ovals, an ice skating centre and a public pool, there’s always activity happening. With quaint suburban streets, nestled not far from the livelier areas, find a calm refuge, in this leafy Canberra suburb.
Getting Around:
There is a dedicated car parking space in the basement. The Woden bus interchange is next door and connects you to most of Canberra. Please note that Woden Town Centre is subject to construction works at present, meaning there may be delays and detours in place for roads and pedestrian routes in the area.
Public transport
The property is located on the same block as the Woden Interchange, operating bus routes to City, City West, AMC loop, Tuggeranong, Cooleman Court, Yass and Queanbeyan.

- The Apartment is located on the 10th floor in Tower A. You will need the FOB to gain access to this level in the lift. The pool, gym and barbeque area are located on the 5th floor. Please use it in accordance with the strata management rules and be respectful of others. The pool/BBQ area is open to use from 6 am to 10 pm daily and the gym is open for 24hr use. Use of glass in any common area in the building is prohibited due to the work, health and safety risks that this presents. There are CCTV cameras present outside the apartment in the Common Property areas of the building.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
