My boyfriend and I had a great time staying in these Lake Ann apartments. The weather was chilly and rainy so we spent a lot of quality time here. The extra blankets, the games, and the comfy couches were a great touch.

The apartment was updated nicely and very comfortable. However, it is the location that is perfect! Located right in the quaint downtown area of Lake Ann and can walk right around corner for food, drink, groceries and the beach area!

We loved our stay! Very clean and roomy!! A few friendly suggestions; tissues, ran out of laundry soap ( would have washed another load), need real coasters, the bath towels hanging on hooks when we arrived so not sure if they were clean (if so maybe fold all). We have family on Lake Ann so we’ll be back!!

We loved our stay. It was clean, quiet, and very well taken care of. The only thing I would suggest would be to have a coffee pot. The coffee pods were good, but I prefer a pot of coffee.

We had no idea what would be walkable. We were pleased to find out there is a park, a very cool hardware store that sells beer and liquor and a brewery with an outdoor area that is great. There was a car show and live music one night. Nice location.
