Just bring your bathing suit, park your car and get ready to unwind and enjoy a relaxing vacation in Ship Bottom New Jersey which is the “Gateway to Long Beach Island”
This condo is centrally located to LBI favorites such as Heartland miniature golf, The Haymarket, Sugar Kingdom Candy Store, Ship Bottom Shellfish, The Arlington and Raimondo’s
There is room for everyone inside as this property boasts all hardwood floors (no carpet) and a whopping five bedrooms! and three full baths!!! - no that is not a typo!
So, after you have soaked in the sun at the beach all day you can return and retreat to the living room to watch a movie or play a board game
If it is a post beach burger you prefer – there is a private deck just off the kitchen area complete with a grill with a table and chairs
For Summer 2023 and Guest enjoyment - a new outdoor dining set as well as an awning over the outdoor deck has been added to the property (pictures to follow shortly)
Layout: Once up the main stairs you reach the first floor. This floor has living room dining area and kitchen. There is a bedroom with Queen bed, a full bathroom, the washer and dryer and another bedroom with two single beds (not set up as bunks)
The second floor: There is a Primary Bedroom with Queen bed and en suite. A full bathroom and two additional bedrooms – one with bunk beds and one with a full bed
