Property was not clean. Used towels still in the bedroom and the carpets were not vaccumed.

Dear Satya Just to assure you that our cleaners are professional, and we always check after they finish the job to make sure, everywhere is cleaned, vacuumed and mopped. There has been no instance of used towels left in the house for the next guest.
