Gimli is a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation. Our cottage is large, comfortable, clean, modern & chic just 100 feet from a lovely soft sandy secluded beach. This non-smoking pet free cottage has 3 Bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Ceiling fans and portable AC. Grab your favourite drink and enjoy it in the screened in gazebo with string lights.

Easy access to walk or bike to Gimli Pier and Centre Street. A newly equipped Children’s park is ½ a block away. The cottage is located in the desirable South Beach community, a favourite peaceful beach area and is intended for use by quiet cottage goers. You are next door to one of the most Beautiful Cottage Yards in the Gimli area.
Gimli has so much to enjoy. Swimming, biking, fishing, boating, sailing and sailboat watching along with having fun and relaxing - all in one place! Convenient to restaurants and shopping.
Gimli, a small fishing village is an hour drive north of Winnipeg known as the annual host of the international Icelandic Festival. Enjoy a relaxing stroll along the boardwalk and pier. We are less than a 15 minute drive to Winnipeg Beach and the Boardwalk. You are a 10 - 15 minute drive to the mouth of the red for the best greenback walleye fishing in the world.

Gimli has all the amenities, along with all the summer time fun you can imagine. Everything you need is here at the cottage, just pack your clothes, toiletries, food and enjoy!

Great base for the Wave tour

The cottage was clean and comfortable, and more spacious than I anticipated. We appreciated the quietness of the neighbourhood and the easy access to the beach. We liked being able to dine on the deck or in the gazebo and made good use of both. We were very impressed by how well equipped the kitchen is. Chloe was very hospitable and quick to respond to our questions.

The Perfect Vacation Spot

We absolutely loved the house, the sun room was the perfect spot to relax and play board games every evening and the home is so beautifully decorated. Our grandchildren loved the beach just 3 houses away, the water is so shallow and the sand so fine with lots of seashells to collect, they never wanted to leave. We were unable to have a fire due to the rain but sure enjoyed the gazebo a lot. It’s the ideal vacation home.

Beach getaway

Chloe, the host, was amazing! Always answered our concerns immediately. The cabin was well equipped, including A/C, and 5 min. walk to a beautiful secluded beach. We will be back!
