Regarding the trash, we always kindly ask our guests to place it out during their stay since the city provides pickup twice a week. On same-day turnovers, if a departing guest hasn’t set the trash out, our team makes sure to move it to the curb for pickup. Unfortunately, this was the case on the day of your arrival, which caused the trash can to be full. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again soon!
