Cozy, comfortable, and fully furnished home equipped with all you’ll need for your stay in Rochester. There are hardwood floors throughout the home and the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry are all on the main floor. Very clean and able to accommodate the needs of Mayo patients and their caregivers.

Located just one block from Mayo's pedestrian tunnel system with climate controlled access to Mayo Clinic and downtown.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, spices, baking sheets, coffee maker, tupperware, and more! The home comes furnished with towels, linens, organic cotton sheets and comfortable new beds.

Close to the Rochester recreational trail system, downtown restaurants, grocery, pharmacy and other amenities.

Wifi, extensive cable channels, Apple TV, dvd player and filtered drinking water are all provided.

Onsite parking included.

We provide the following items in all of our homes (enough to get started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay):

• Laundry detergent
• Towels (each bathroom has a set of four towels)
• Full set of linens for each bed
• Dish towels
• Toilet paper

What a PERFECT stay

We visited Rochester for a two week medical trip and knew a hotel would get old quickly. Delighted to find this home available for our travel dates. A very easy walk to the clinic each day - was so nice to not deal with having a car. The house is perfect. Fully stocked, no detail has gone by the wayside. Furnishings, linens, towels, all high quality. Was so nice to have a kitchen and laundry for a fairly long stay. So nice to relax here between tiring treatments. We must have said a million times that the best thing we did was rent this house. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very nice place to stay especially for an extended amount of time. Lots of character and super comfy beds! Easy access to the Mayo and everything else. Cant' wait to see the complete renovations in other areas of the house.

Beautiful Home. Great Location. Great Service!

I can not even begin to explain how beautiful this home is and how wonderful the service was throughout booking and our stay. The home is located within walking distance of both Mayo campuses. We are so glad we chose to rent this home during our stay, if we are ever in the area again there is no doubt in my mind where we will be staying.

Comfortable and Conveniently Located

My family really appreciated staying at this home while my Dad was having surgery at Mayo. It was very conveniently located in between the clinic and the hospital so it was an easy walk to both locations. The furnishings were comfortable (including the beds) and well kept. The kitchen appliances were very new and easy to use. We had everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. It was only part of the house we were renting which wasn't clear until we got there and the main entrance and top floor were being renovated which caused a bit of a problem on the second day of our stay, but the owner was very responsive to our concerns and resolved the problem quickly. I'd highly recommend staying here in the event you have a larger group supporting a loved one receiving treatment at Mayo.
