This property is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom located in the ground floor unit of a duplex. The duplex is owned by Christ United Methodist Church and offers free off-street parking within the church lot. It is within 3-4 blocks of the Mayo Clinic in downtown Rochester, MN.

Each bedroom features a queen size pillow top bed, one bedroom also offers a twin size bed. Free wireless internet and a TV/DVD combo with Roku and local channels (Spectrum App) are included. The unit is fully furnished and features a full size kitchen, dining room, living room, and onsite coin laundry. All appliances, cookware, utensils, bedding and linens are provided. Bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

The perfect place

I could not have asked for a better place to stay while my daughter received treatments at Mayo. We were there for a month, and fell in love with this little house. It is perfectly located. Walkable to both Mayo campus' and the church members are so gracious and kind. The price was far better than the others around and I greatly appreciate what they offer. It provided security and comfort at a difficult time in our lives.

Perfect for Rotation at Mayo!

My family and I stayed here during my visiting medical student rotation at the Mayo Clinic. I don’t think we could have found a better place! The property is only a couple of blocks from the main clinic and is less than 1 mile from the Saint Mary’s campus. The owners were very responsive, and the property included everything we needed during our stay. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect location

I was having surgery at Mayo Methodist and this was perfectly located. We were able to walk to pre-op appointments. My husband and SIL were able to walk to see me after. It had on-site parking too which was another bonus for us. It met our needs during our stay. Thank you!

Quiet convenient comfortable stay

Very grateful for this apartment. So convenient to Mayo Clinic. The church, which is next door, hosts a thrift store that is excellent. All around great stay.
