Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. We had a great stay at this Winter Park condo! The location is excellent—right in the center of town with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the nearby bus, plus a quick drive to Fraser. The condo was spacious, clean, and very well equipped, especially the fully stocked kitchen. There were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. Our family of eight loved the arcade games and cozy evenings by the fireplace watching Christmas movies. A perfect spot for families—we’d definitely stay here again!

Loved this condo!

I have stayed in several places in Winter Park over the years and this by far has been the best! Condo has everything you may need and then some! Nothing has been forgotten! Very inviting and comfortable. Nice appliances, beautiful fireplace, lots of streaming options, and felt roomy. The steam shower was an extra bonus that was amazing! Can't wait to return!!!!

This was a great condo for a family of four. Nice layout, clean and quiet except for at night when you could hear the train go by multiple times. Also, the description states that there is garage parking however, when you receive the check in instructions it states that you do not get access to the garage which was disappointing.

Almost every vacation rental I've rented looked great in the photos, but when we arrived we were underwhelmed. Not with Winter Park Escapes, it was everything described and more. We were very happy with our stay. The check in and check out was easy and we had everything we needed. Parking was off-site, but we already knew that going in. We were able to load and unload at the Condo and then just park less than a block away. The off-site parking was actually closer than expected. Would we recommend this place, absolutely. It worked great for our family of 5.

We had a great time at this small but well-appointed condo with our three teens. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have a few spices besides s&p. Loved the easy to use humidifiers in each bedroom, and the fans available in each bedroom! Lots of games and puzzles to pass the evening hours after a long day on the slopes! Easy access to the Shuttle made it a quick trip to the resort. Even though garage parking was not available, the lot was right at the base of the condo. Handy to have an elevator for bags and groceries! The only thing missing was a place to hang towels in the bathrooms. Two towel bars isn't enough for more than 4 people…a few hooks on the backs of the doors would be perfect!
