Simply perfect family gathering spot!

We have family in Brownsville and were so blessed to find this phenomenal house. We celebrated Thanksgiving there. The house was very comfortable and the hot tub was a huge hit. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for hosting. The views are breathtaking. We hope to rent this house every year.

Girl’s Weekend

The house was beautiful and clean. Beds were great with nice linens. There’s no air, which we were aware of, but most of the windows didn’t have screens. There were only 3 towels left for 12 women, made a phone call and this was addressed right away. The grill was pushed off the back deck possibly a bear, but was unusable. Another phone call, unfortunately we were told to stand it up and took a photo to send to owner, he said it’s safe to use, absolutely not. But, Katrina came to the house and had to prove that it wasn’t safe to use. We had a new grill the next day. I’d suggest bringing garbage bags, we had one left for use, dish washing tabs, none were left, TP was also scarce . I believe if these items are addressed, the house was great!

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay. After reading your comments, the homeowner wanted to share the following: -"Certainly, placing screens in the windows and using a powerful fan is an effective way to enhance the cross breeze. Opening all the windows simultaneously may not yield the desired results, so your feedback is greatly appreciated in ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests. -Regarding the supply issues you experienced, we are pleased to inform you that this was a result of a miscommunication with our cleaner, and immediate rectification was undertaken to address the matter. Your feedback helps us maintain the high standards we set for ourselves, and ensuring you have everything you need is a top priority. -We also wanted to express our gratitude for your understanding in light of the unexpected grill bear attack incident. We take unforeseen events seriously and always aim to resolve such issues swiftly. We're delighted to inform you that a brand-new grill was promptly delivered to the back deck the very next day to ensure your continued enjoyment. Once again, thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience in your future visits."
