The Neighborhood:
We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!
Getting Around:
Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Other than it was close to the stadium it was terrible. No towels or bedding for couch. 6 calls and never did get bedding. Very limited parking. No one on site to deal with problems. Someone in my packing space .
Online check in process via their own system was a little confusing at first but when we got there it was pretty easy to follow so no problems. The property is very clean and efficient. It lacks a bit of friendly human touch but I’d rather have a clean property so it was OK. We had an issue with TV but the manager got back right away and was very helpful. The water filter on the fridge had a red light on so we informed the manager hopefully it’s been replaced for the next quest. We absolutely loved the pool!! Big bonus point for that!
The property is located in a convenient area. The property manager communicated the check in process and various codes to get into the parking, building and unit. The unit was located on the 3rd floor and the building does not have an elevator which should have been clear or noted in the listing. The unit was clean and all items were in good condition.
The furniture was sparse and not particularly comfortable, reminded us of a dorm in terms of furnishings and decor. The listing called out no smoking which we were happy to comply with but the building and other units clearly allow smoking and the hallways were foul smelling.
We did have a couple of issues that we discussed with the property manager and our concerns were replied to promptly.
Overall, unit was clean and functional but not comfortable or homey in many areas.
