About this property

Waterfront.... Stay 50 feet from one of Delaware’s most popular beaches. Walk to the water and all the quaint shops and restaurants of historic Lewes, Delaware. This fourth floor condominium in the Ocean House building on Lewes Beach is well suited for your vacation. Queen bed in the main bedroom, a Double Sleep sofa in the Living Room. A full bathroom in the hall. Shared washer and dryer located on the same floor as the unit. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property does not allow pets.

Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

Perfect bay location

We enjoyed our stay and loved how close it was to the beach. Location was perfect for walking into Lewe’s. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed which I didn’t expect so it was a great surprise.
