About this property

New Lakeside Sanctuary @ Kodiak Cabin

A uniquely special cabin to spend time in the amazing state of Alaska! The state's unparalleled beauty is right out the back door. This brand new cabin is completely private with lake views and welcoming hospitality! The Kodiak cabin sits beside the Knik cabin both on our unique property. The cabin is custom with unique features that bring the ambience of the Alaskan wilderness inside. The downstairs features a twin sleeper sofa for two children or one adult, dining table, and modest kitchen. Upstairs is a bedroom, loft bedroom, and full bathroom. We have motorized blackout blinds for those long summer days. It is sweetly situated on beautiful Finger Lake! Watch the rustle of birch trees as a variety of ducks wade through the gentle current of this serene lake.

Great house and location on lake
We had a lovely stay. The house is new and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and our teens went out on the lake in kayaks provided by the host. Malea was very quick to respond to our questions.
