Welcome to the Lang's Cabin!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
This Cottage is nestled in towering trees on a large private lot, with huge outdoor patio with fire place, BBQ and HOT TUB to enjoy. The property is walking distance to the beaches and boat launch.

The Cottage has two bedrooms, sleeps 6 guests in the cabin and 4 guests in the trailer for a total of 10 guests.
Please NOTE: Trailer is not available during winter months.
2 bathrooms between the cabin and the trailer and there is even an outdoor shower!

The Inside Scoop!

It’s a cozy rustic escape with vaulted cedar ceilings with sky light windows allowing for natural light.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed with wardrobe.
Second bedroom offers queen over queen bunk beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals for you and your family.

Trailer Details
Guests may rent the trailer to sleep an additional 4 guests.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed and guests can choose to sleep on the pull out couch or bunk beds.
There is a shower, toilet and basin.

Please note that currently, guests who book in the winter months, the bathroom in the trailer will be shut down. There is heat to the trailer for additional sleeping. The Outdoor shower will also be winterized and not functional during winter months.

This is a lovely cabin. Very well stocked, quiet and peaceful. We had a rare storm the first night and the hosts were so great and provided everything we needed in a power outage.

Cute place! Absolutely perfect location and the outdoor space was 100% and totally made the whole trip! The backyard was very private as well and fully shaded from the heat. Multiple beaches within walking distance, driving if you have a bunch of floaties! But half our grop walked to the beach and the other half drove. Having the rv for additional space was a huge plus!

Everything was perfect!

We loved this place! Everything we could possibly need was available for us. Very private and quiet location. We will stay here again as was perfect with the trailer available for other family to stay in. Lake is close by beautiful place and highly recommend! Very reasonable price for what you get! Loved the cozy cabin

Really enjoyed the stay. The cabin and trailer, although abit smaller than we envisioned, worked perfectly for our group of 10. This VRBO has a fantastic, spacious outdoor patio area with two large tables, a fire pit, and hot-tub. We only wish it wasn’t raining so much the weekend we booked so that we could have been outdoors more! The host was very responsive to all our questions for our stay. Renters are in very good hands with this booking.

Birthday/Retirement getaway

This was a getaway for my birthday and my mother-in laws retirement. Easy to keep our own space and do things together at the same time. Very clean, beautiful property. Great set up for larger groups and loved the Bat house. House was fully stocked and everything was thought of. Very private setting that did not feel like you had any neighbours. Would highly recommend and plan to return.

Quick Overnight Stop

We required a place that could accommodate a bigger group. This cute little cabin and additional trailer supplied plenty of room for us all. It has a great kitchen that it well stocked. Access to the laundry facilities is always a bonus when travelling with children. The hot tub and the area available outdoors for visiting and playing games exceeded our expectation. It was a great place sheltered amongst the trees and it's close to several beach accesses that are an easy walk. Lovely little cabin. Thank you for sharing your home.

Sicamous rental

Four nights in a nice house with the use of a trailer as well. Nice set up. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but there are 4 beaches to choose from. One is Sandy but no shade.. one of the others has shade but rocky beach. It was very hot while we were there but the manage brought us more fans for the house very quickly. ( no A/C in the house) All in all very pleasant

My family is originally from Calgary, Alberta. We have been vacationing in the Shuswap since I purchased Alpine Village Resort back in 2006. This is when I fell in love with Hosting Guests in my three vacation suites and the dream to move to the Shuswap began.

Fast forward to 2017, I launched the Guest Book Vacation Rentals! My goal is to create your next dream vacation at any one of my vacation properties!

Swansea Point is such an amazing community! You can walk to all of the 7 beach accesses within Swansea Point. It is a very walking friendly community. We also have direct access across the highway to sledding trails and ATB trails!
