LIVING AREA
The spacious living area has a generous comfy sectional and two armrest chairs framing the large 65" wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night. This room is so inviting a relaxing, perfect for family gatherings. A large cube unit organizer is used as a bookcase and a toy kitchen for the kiddos to play pretend cooking!
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped custom kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, small kitchen appliances, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a Viking cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.

This unit offers three luxurious, spacious full-size spa bathrooms. Each bathroom provides single vanities with marble tops, spacious walk-in showers, rainfall shower heads, and one gorgeous free-standing tub. Clean, soft towels and toiletries are provided for your stay.

Four stylish, spacious bedrooms with abundant natural light make up this unit. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home.
Bedroom #1 offers a queen size bed, a closet, and a seating area. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a closet with sliding mirror doors. Bedroom #3 is the primary suite featuring a king bed, an attached full bath, a double door closet, a sitting area, an office area with a desk, two chairs, monitors, and a 55" Hisense Roku Smart TV; you'll never want to leave this room! Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed with a tall upholstered headboard, a desk with a chair, and a 43" TCL Roku Smart TV.
LAUNDRY
An entire front loader washer/dryer is conveniently located in bathroom #2. Complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

There is free street parking in front of the duplex.

The Neighborhood:
Shaw neighborhood is home to the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, Tower Grove Park, and Forest Park. Forest Park alone has miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and other exciting points of interest. There are many restaurants on Grand Ave and many more Italian restaurants on "The Hill" nearby. You're near major freeways, so scheduling a visit to a Cardinals game is a breeze. You can visit the Arch, visit beautiful Soulard, or tour the Anheuser-Busch brewery.
The Shaw neighborhood is a mix of stately, turn-of-the-last-century homes and well-maintained apartments in classic brick. University and medical students live alongside professionals, many young families, and long-term residents. It's diverse and friendly. Residents are quiet and respectful. You'll mostly want to drive or Uber/Lyft to get around as the street is residential for several city blocks.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.
PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.
GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $68 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
