Our two-story, newly furnished townhome is the perfect stay for small and large groups looking for a hassle-free trip to St. Louis. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 5 Queen beds, 2 single beds, two full bathrooms and private parking.

We are confident that your stay with us will be the best in St. Louis. Its central location and close vicinity to public transportation make getting to all of St. Louis hassle free. Located in the Grove, one of the fastest growing and most lively areas of St. Louis.

Our townhome is exclusively for VRBO guests like yourself, so we make sure to provide all the amenities that you will need for your stay, including PRIVATE PARKING. We pride ourselves on making your group's stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

We are located just steps from Manchester street which includes TONS of restaurants and bars all within a 10 minute walk from the property to include Urban Chestnut brewery, Atomic Cowboy, the Ready Room and so many more!

Graduation

We were disappointed that our original online booking said 3pm checkin and then were told we could not check in until 4pm. The entire reason we were there was for a 4pm graduation. After traveling quite a distance by car and plane we needed a place to change our clothes and freshen up before the event. We had to use a McDonalds bathroom! What a waste of $. Very disappointing you could not accommodate us. There was black mold in the upstairs bathroom. The light on the single queen size bedroom did not work. The advertisement said 2 twin beds, not bunk beds. Disappointing stay.

Not clean - had to leave

Left after the first night and found a hotel. Could not inhabit the place. The place is not clean. I couldn’t bathe my kids in the tub (there was shower gel down the sides of the walls, clearly not clean). The apartment smelled and the club/bar next door was extremely loud late into the night, we couldn’t get to sleep. Mattresses sunken in and hard to sleep on. The list goes on… ive never left a bad review but would sincerely suggest you do not stay here.

St. Louis stay

Over all the stay hasn’t been great, i originally booked another property and it was apparently booked during the time of our stay so we got switched to another location, we were in said spot until a water leak happened… so we had to move to the next until over… that unit had a dirty bed, no trash bags, and just wasn’t as good.
