Are you looking for a cozy, rustic, getaway in the heart of Niagara Falls? Then, you’ve come to the right place. Welcome to 6172 Buchner Place, a heritage home originally constructed in 1799. The Buchner house is believed to be one of the first ten homes built in the Niagara Falls region. The home has been restored to modern perfection while preserving the original historical features, such as exposed wood rafter ceilings, and the veranda overlooking the manicured garden, where you can enjoy your cup of coffee or tea in the morning.

On the back end of the house in the backyard, visitors will enjoy a picturesque view of the large backyard which features an array of natural wild flowers and mature oak trees, estimated to be 200 years old. On the side of the house, visitors can see Drummond Cemetery, a nationally recognized heritage site, most famously known as the battleground of the “Battle of Lundy’s Lane.”

The Buchner home can sleep up to 2 guests. The house offers an array of convenient amenities and luxurious features for you to use during your stay. The home includes all of the conforms of home including:

The home is conveniently located 2.5 kilometers (5 minute drive or 25 minute walk) away from Niagara Falls’ most beloved attractions including: The Fallsview Casino and the Skyline Tower. If you’re bringing young family members, be sure to check out the Fallsview water park, Maid of the Mist Tour, Movieland, and Clifton Hill. Niagara On The Lake is also located approximately a 20-minute drive from The Bucher Home, where you can see theatre at The Shaw Festival, and visit several wineries.
