The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start a load of towels/put in dryer for 60 mins Turn heat down to 50 degrees OR AC OFF Run garbage disposal and empty clean dishes from dishwasher Unplug coffee machine and toaster
Close umbrella on deck or wind will destroy it Close and lock all windows/doors Turn off bed/bathrooms heaters and fans
Leave ALA Membership/San Bern. Forest pass on bar or there is a $100.00 charge When leaving press the UltraLoq icon to lock. Check that door is locked Report anything not working properly to owner Thx

This is a beautiful cabin with a home like feeling. It's comfortable and clean with the new kitchen counters. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the lake. I've been to many cabins but this one is different. It was a very nice and relaxing stay for our family.

Larger than it looks! It is newly renovated, with wood plank floors, granite counters and new appliances. Extremely well equipped, well maintained, and surrounded by forests! Includes ALA pass to all lake side trails and the Village. The location is only 3/4 mile from the village either by car or a casual lakeside walk over a bridge with stream and majestic pines. 5 star ratings!

If you prefer a $750.00 refundable security deposit instead of the $59. non-refundable insurance fee from VRBO. please contact me before booking. That saves you $59. on a booking. Otherwise, a hold for the refundable deposit is placed on your credit card but not charged unless damage occurs. Damage rarely occurs, however, If an accident occurs please inform me.
