Luxurious 4 bedroom oceanfront condo in one of the most prestigious buildings in town, The Gateway Grand, located midtown on 48th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. This upscale 4 bedroom deluxe residence is sure to impress you with features such as a spacious, beautifully decorated living room, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, separate dining area, and awesome wraparound northeast corner balcony offering both ocean and bay views. Sleeping up to 11 guests, the bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, 2 single bunk beds, one with trundle in the 2nd bedroom, and queens in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Gateway Grand features superb amenities including a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, oceanfront sun deck and more. This owner allows guests access to their storage locker on the mezzanine level where they keep a beach cart, 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 belly boards. They also provide a private luggage cart which is kept in the laundry for guests to use during their stay; note it must be returned to the condo upon departure or a $200 charge will be incurred.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soap and paper products. A linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for all beds and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days and rents Saturday to Saturday only in season.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

OCMD Vacation Getaway

We booked this property for a weeklong getaway with family and friends. This unit and the Gateway Grand in general were as advertised. The unit was beautiful and fully equipped. It is a great location, definitely would recommend it and stay again!

Large beautiful condo

Our group of 9 had plenty of room in this beautifully decorated condo. It had 4 bedrooms but more importantly, an arrangement of beds that accommodated our combination of adults and children. We loved the beach and 2 pools and it was a quick drive to the boardwalk and restaurants. We had a great time and lots of fun.

Wedding crash weekend

Overall place was fantastic! Outdoor pool was closed for season which was a bummer. But, indoor pool was open and nice. Only complaint was housekeeping did a rough job on middle bathroom, left dirty rugs on kitchen counter and never picked up broom pile. Main bedroom bed was nice, other queens could use a higher end mattress. We would definitely stay here again as the view is stunning from balcony.
