Spend some time cooking with your family members and friends while watching your kids play in the pool and chatting with the rest of your party when they watch a game on the big smart tv located in the lounge. Upstairs there is a huge primary bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (two vanities and a shower tub). The last bedroom offer two twin beds and a private bathroom (bathtub). There is also a washer and dryer in the property. All bedrooms have smart TV's. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
