The Space:

The heart of the home is the open-plan living and dining area, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen with a stunning stone island benchtop, ideal for family gatherings and meal preparation. Large, fully screened stack sliding glass doors lead to a spacious verandah with views of the Lily Pad Pond. Guests can choose their preferred outdoor space, relax in the hammock, or enjoy a morning coffee on the outdoor lounge. A double lock-up garage offers secure storage for surfboards, SUPs, or kayaks, and also houses an extra fridge. The kitchen features a gas cooking stove top, electric oven, and hot water. The entire property is air-conditioned in bedrooms for comfort. All linen is provided, so guests only need to bring their beach towels. The property is a short drive from the Mariner, perfect for launching a boat or watching the sunset, and offers private beach access to the Main Beach.

Nestled within a tranquil gated community, our property offers a serene escape. Please be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests and neighbors. The community maintains a speed limit of 10km for your safety and comfort.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and we've loved it each time. Location is spot on, and safe for the kids to ride bikes. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked... great stay. We'll be back to stay again, as we visit Agnes Water every year.

Great location. Short stroll to the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location Just a short stroll to the beach and shops. Kids were able to safely ride their bikes and scooters around the estate. We definitely would like to be back.

Fabulous place

Great location, house is superb! Great living area, house has lots of games to keep the kids entertained! A short walk to the beach and space in the garage for all our beach equipment. House has everything, good coffee machine (pods and beans) tea bags, condiments and shampoo etc! Stayed as 2 families with kids from 3 to 8 years and loved the house. Deck is fully enclosed and no mosquitoes near the pond. Would stay again! Beach is beautiful and super close!
