You will find this comfortable, beautifully presented, well-maintained and cosy family home situated at a cul-de-sac at the very end of Blue Wren Lane. A peaceful getaway, its seclusion within natural Australian bushlands and fully fenced property makes this a safe and ideal holiday destination for all members of your family including your fur-children.

The property is situated only 3 kilometres from the quaint town of Denmark, however the feeling of being miles away from anywhere makes this home an ideal choice for unwinding, relaxing and a most enjoyable home for your next holiday.

The gas heater or wood fire makes this property cosy & warm whilst sipping on a great red, reading a book or playing board games with the kids.

Ideal location to explore bush tracks directly from the back gate of the property, leading into town, along the Bibbulmun track or along Wilson Inlet. Only an 8 minute drive to the nearest beach plus close proximity to all local attractions and Denmark’s wonderful restaurants, wineries and breweries.

This lovely property consists of polished timber floors throughout, large kitchen with dishwasher & espresso machine, laundry with washing machine, 2 queen bedrooms with a single bunk over a double bed in the 3rd bedroom; 2 bathrooms - 1 ensuite; large lounge with Smart TV & separate TV room including CD, TV/DVD facilities; two sun decks one with BBQ; double carport with direct entry inside.

Accommodates up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite).

*Several Internal steps/levels in house including main shower & outside
*We are only able to supply 1 night of complimentary firewood due to severe shortages in the Great Southern. There are air conditioners in the main bedrooms.

3 nights in mid season
5 nights in high season (school holidays)

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:

To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following:

EASTER:
Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).

CHRISTMAS:
Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).

* Property is fenced and has chicken-wire protection but may not be secure for very small dogs*

Dogs are only considered on request and acceptance of the Pet Policy & payment of the pet fee - see details below:

PET POLICY:

There is a Pet Surcharge of $60 per stay.

No cats, 2 dogs maximum (no puppies).

•Only fully house-trained dogs are allowed inside the property.

•Pets are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owner's responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times.

•Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable.

•The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets whether inside or outside the property.

•Pets are not permitted onto beds or on the furniture at any time.

•Guests agree not to leave pets unsupervised inside the home at any time.

•Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls etc.

•Guests must dispose of pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner.

•Guests should ensure arrangements for pets at a property, including these terms, are suitable for their pet prior to booking.

•If extra cleaning is required or faeces left on lawn, this extra cleaning time will be deducted from the Security Bond.

No need to make or strip the beds
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
