Lakefront Put-in-Bay paradise on 5 acres with over 300 feet of lake frontage. Beautiful views of Kelleys Island, Pelee Island and Cedar Point. Enjoy fishing, swimming, or just relaxing on the large deck. Our home has 2000+ SF of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and will accommodate up to 10 guests. A perfect place for the family to gather. Why would you choose a condo with out of control neighbors when you can have this peacefulness. Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties. Owner operated and maintained.

Our home is located about a mile east of downtown Put-in-Bay on SR 357.(Columbus Ave) The driveway will be on you right hand side. It is the third driveway past Champagne Lane. Look for the Lakefront Farm Sign. Follow the driveway all the way back to the lake.

Everything about this booking was perfect. Skip was very responsive and communicative and the property was as-advertised: it’s on a large, private property, the house is right off the lake, the views are phenomenal, and the house is very clean and comfortable with every amenity we could want. Since we travelled with our kids, having onsite laundry facilities made our lives so much easier! We also grilled two nights and made several meals at the house, which was great. We also made s’mores in the firepit. All in all, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would book again.

The home was spotless and the property is well maintained. Everything we needed as listed was provided. Our kids loved the water access and spacious yard to play. We had a great weekend here catching up with longtime friends. Highly recommended!

This house was perfect to watch the lake and it fit 9 people very comfortably. The house was clean and the host was very responsive to my questions. By far the best feature of the house is the back porch, you could sit there for hours watching the bird, waves and passing boats. I would would rent this house again!

Amazing stay!

Our group of friends had the best weekend at Skip’s property! Incredibly private and such a gorgeous property. Communication was excellent and Skip was such an accommodating host. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and amenities. I would love to stay here again!

This home was wonderful and I was sad to leave. Skip was great and answered all my questions as a first time island dweller. It was a wonderful, very clean, and private location right on the water. Easy to get to ferry and anything you’d want to eat.

Best Place on PIB

We have stayed here before. It's the best place on PIB! The house is large with plenty of room and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked. The view of the lake is incredible, and sitting on the deck having a meal and looking out at the water is the best. The owner is nice and helpful.

They thought of everything

We are an extended family of 7 with a handicap person, and the space was perfect. The amenities were plenty and we had everything we needed and more, which is great when you are going to an island.We were there off season but that is exactly what we wanted. The house was clean and spacious.

Nice clean home with view and privacy!

The 4 bedroom home is located on a private lot with views directly on the lake. The home was well furnished with all we needed. Everything was clean and well organized. Skip, the host/owner, met us for check-in and was very attentive and friendly. The fire ring on the beach was a nice touch! This home is definitely on our list for another stay.
