A horrific mess!
Rating Details:
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

It started out with no way of knowing I had supposedly missed an email from “ValGal” the renters! I called their office repeatedly, leaving several messages and then received an email stating that they needed a copy of my id! I complied but did not receive an email answer! I went to the office and was met by a very nice lady who claimed I had received an email, gave me a copy of the email which included instructions to gain access to the room and keys for the lobby! I asked about the construction at the complex but was told she wasn’t sure. Since we were on the second floor I asked about the elevator and she wasn’t sure if there was one! So we proceeded to the address and were met with building covered with scaffolding pipes being constructed over the entire front and back of the building! The elevator in the loop was off and we ran into a full time resident who showed us where the stairs were!! They were filthy! The resident explained that the renters Valhalla knew about the construction since they had been emailed by the condo board! The roof was being removed and redone, the concrete walkways where being refinished and some where being replaced! When we made it to the room is was not at all as described! After a nights sleep we woke up to two men jackhammering right outside our room next to the bedroom wall! We quickly got dressed and left but not before we were assaulted by concrete dust assaulting our faces and clothing coming from another gentleman grinding the end of the walkway! At this time I warn anyone that this company may not have known about this but Valgal certainly did! When we visited the office the woman I contacted on voicemail had quickly left before we got there and the other woman was “intentionally” evasive! I could go on and on but needless to say I will never book with them again or or Priceline. What a horrible vacation that was a horrible disaster from beginning to end! You should return my
