Welcome to Autumn Estate, hosted by InvitedHome. This home is located in the San Juan Mountains, known for its scenery, skiing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. It's a short walk to the Telluride Ski Resort, features multiple patios with views, and has six bedrooms, making it ideal for multigenerational trips or family vacations.

The main floor has vaulted ceilings and a living room with a stone fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, an oversized island, and mountain views.

Upstairs, you'll find the main king bedroom with an ensuite and private patio. Downstairs, there are three king suites and a bunk room with a queen bed, all with ensuites. Additionally, there is a king suite located beyond the lower lounge just across the yard with an ensuite and serene privacy.

Dial-a-Ride, a private shuttle service, provides easy access to shops, restaurants, and gondolas in Mountain Village. Enjoy dining at Tomboy Tavern or explore the Village Core for shopping and activities. Take the free gondola to the Historic Town of Telluride for more dining and shopping options.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 14 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 5.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for your 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for your arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
