Great getaway

The property was very cozy with a good amount of room for everyone to hang out. The community was nice and peaceful. We were able to take advantage of the lake beach and we saw people enjoying the beach volleyball and the tennis courts. If planned well there’s a good amount of things to keep you busy. Or you could stay inside and relax, haha.

Internet to the rescue

Unfortunately we got rained out and plumbing issues with another play destination had us confined to the house. It was beautiful, I loved the skylights and the children loved the internet. They thought the bunk beds were cool and loved the loft we did get another TV to use while there so the internet held up to 8 people gaming and streaming. I loved the screened in porch and our master with picture window. Seen wildlife everyday. Would have loved to soak but the water heater probably wouldnt have handled it... 😕.

Very Nice

We had issues getting in as we missed the community check in time. No codes were given and I had said we would be late checking in. Getting a hold of someone was challenging at best. We left early so we could get home after our event. It was clean and comfortable.

Great house.Very clean

It was great stay.House is very clen.All the sheets were brand new 👌 quiet area. Very cozy. The gas cylinder for the grill was empty.When we find it out we tried to contact the manager through the guest number about it. We called several times, left a voice message, but no one called us back. So we went to Walmart and bought a gas cylinder ourselves.

Great

We had a great time at the property my crew arrived early she was so nice to let us check in. The community had plenty of activities for us to do that weren’t far. Close to shopping centers. We had space everything was clean house was quiet only minor issues tv in master didn’t have a remote that worked and front bedroom tv didn’t have one at all. We also would’ve loved to used the fire pit but I think we needed gas and weren’t prepared. Overall had a great experience.

Pocono Weekend

We stayed at this great house when visiting for the NASCAR weekend. We enjoyed our stay and the house was great! Just one minor thing … after our plans changed for Saturday night we decided to stay in and grill. Unfortunately there was no propane or gas hook up for the grill provided. Thankfully we had our own portable grill to fall back on. And, just a small comment about the cleaning staff who got the house ready before we arrived … I found underwear under a pillow when going to make the bed. Your house was great and perfect for our small group. Would certainly stay again!

Nice but with some caveats

Overall property was good. However furniture was not amintained. Towle handle broken in upper bathroom. The same bathroom sink was clogged. Covered sunroom had spider webs on window railings (to which the agent said that its a common thing). All of these were minor, but the broken sofa in the living hurt our 6yr old daughter 3 times and she got scrathches from it which was upsetting. Upper floor AC was not powerful enouigh and we were hot even though the lower rooms were cooling. Agent said to open vents and after doing that too, no coolness. Community is good and pretty. Enjoyed going to the beach there and the July 4th parade.

Spring break family get away

This was a great house that fit our family of younger and older kids with some fun sleeping arrangements. The house was nice and clean and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. We found ourselves wishing there was some dishwasher detergent provided, and having to be a little careful on some of the furniture that was kind of wobbly but otherwise the house was very nice. The neighborhood was nice (for April - I can only imagine how much nicer it is in summer /fall), and we enjoyed watching deer roam the yards freely. Good wooded roads to go for a run on. If you're up for a challenge, try running up the big hill in the SW corner of the neighborhood! Also, be aware, the mattresses, especially the 2 non-bunk ones, were the firmest any of us have ever slept on. I don't usually mind a firm mattress, but this was well beyond firm and ked to a few people choosing to sleep on the couch instead. We were pretty frustrated by the unnecessarily thorough pre-checkin process, the hidden parking fees per car (listing didn't mention those), and the possible hidden HOA charge per person. These should really be included in the rental fee.
