The property is approximately a 1 hour 30 minutes drive from Brisbane CBD and a 15-minute drive from Maroochydore Airport.

- To access the on-site parking, enter from Hewit St, go down the driveway, and parking spaces to the left and straight ahead.
- There are stairs to the front of the property.
