The Entire Villa - A unique Mediterranean-styled villa, set in the Anthong Hills Estate - Samui, with panoramic sea views, a large 95 sqm infinity saltwater pool, and lush forest views. The villa is set over 600sqm of indoor rooms and outdoor terraces offering a temple of privacy. The villa features 4 double bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, bathtub in the Master Bedroom bathroom, separate lounge and entertainment rooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining room. FIber internet/ wifi thoughout -Apple TV.
Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B7 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 8 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day.
A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law.
