This is a dog friendly property (NO CATS ALLOWED) however you must notify us if your dog accompanies you and the following additional charges will apply: $35 per day/per pet fee and a $250 refundable pet deposit is required. 2 DOGS MAX. NOTE: The HOA has very strict guidelines and implements fines to the owner when excessive barking is reported. If excessive barking is documented during your stay, fines incurred are the responsibly of the dog owner. Dogs can not be left unattended inside or outside the home at any time. If there is any evidence of pet damage (excessive cleaning needed, damage of property or not picking up after your pet in the yard) renter will forfeit $250 deposit and incur any additional costs.
This lovely townhome is ideally situated in the splendor of the Rocky Mountains with close proximity to Beaver Creek and Vail. Eagle Vail Golf Club #11 tee box is in the back and the Eagle River is just a short walk away. Easy shuttle access to nearby Beaver Creek (3.5 miles) and Vail Resort (9.5 miles) is available with ECO Transit and just a 0.2 mile walk to the bus stop.
In-residence is a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, slow cooker, Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender & dishwasher), dining table for 6-8, living room with a large stone wood burning fireplace, family room with a large screen smart tv and board games, washer/dryer and patio off the living area for meals outdoors on those blue sky days. Two parking spaces are available with this rental.
The upper loft features the primary suite with king bed and private access to the upper balcony, where you can step out in the morning for a breath of mountain air! A full jack and Jill style bath and second bedroom provides an additional twin bed and trundle, which are also located on this level. Bedroom three, located on the main level, is furnished with a queen bed and has an adjacent full bath. This comfortable home sleeps 6 in 4 beds and an additional 2 in the queen pull out sofa . Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
This home is located in the community of Eagle Vail. EagleVail is a multi-faceted mountain community located in the heart of the Eagle River Valley in Eagle County, CO. Minutes from world-class skiing in Vail, Beaver Creek, and Arrowhead. EagleVail's amenities include the EagleVail Golf Club, Willow Creek Par 3 Golf Course, EagleVail swimming pool, EagleVail Pavilion, tennis courts, sports fields, community parks, open space and trails for both hiking and biking, quality waters nearby for fishing, white water rafting and kayaking, and more! Non-residents (guests) are welcome to purchase daily passes to enjoy EagleVail’s community amenities, including the pool & tennis courts.
The entrance to Beaver Creek Resort is a short drive west on Highway 6. Vail is just 10 minutes down the road where there's not only some of the best skiing in the world, but world-class shops and restaurants. Summer is loaded with fun activities as well! Enjoy hiking trails in the valley such as Booth Creek Trail where one can see the breathtaking Booth Falls or head up to Lake Constantine via the Fall Creek Trail.
For indoor fun, head over to the Avon Recreation Center where, for a small fee, you'll not only find a swimming pool, hot tub, yoga, cardio equipment and Pilates classes, but also an aquatic center that includes a lap pool, climbing wall (off large pool), water slide and lazy river that provides loads of fun for the whole family.

This home is as advertised and is more than adequate. However, it is also a 1970’s time capsule. The condo needs to be updated to be up to the price point. The curtains, sofas, and blankets need to be deep cleaned. The beds were updated and very clean.

This was a great location right in between Beaver Creek and Vail and was perfect for a golf family like us. It was also wonderful to be able to have our dogs to enjoy the mountains with us. The communication from the property manager was some of the best we’ve ever had.

The location is very close to Beaver Creek and restaurants in Avon. The condo was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable and clean.

Really enjoyed the location on the E-V golf course. Friendly neighbors next door. A hiking trail just up the street. Wonderful to have our dog there for the week. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is very small, but we made it work just fine.

The good: Great location close to Hwy 6 which is convenient to Beaver Creek resort or to Vail. We also loved being on the golf course (11th tee box), which provides entertainment when you are on the outside back patio area. The property was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked the TV was easy to use with comfortable seating all around. The check in and check out process was seamless.The “needs improvement”: Property is somewhat dated, no garage, and the yard could use a sprinkler system because the grass is dead and could be much more beautiful in the back near the golf course.

Easy acces off I-70 and location is great. This place does not have A/C but they had fans. The only problem was the sliding door didn’t open easily and the windows did not open properly so it got hot in the afternoon. The patio was on #11 tee box so it was fun to watch the golfers. Patio furniture is basic wrought iron with no cushions. Communication was excellent and check-in and check out was very easy. I have informed the management about the problems with the windows. This property has not been updated so it is a little worn but had everything we needed especially since we were gone a lot.

My favorite place on earth!
This place is a dream. Even it weren't 5 minutes from Beaver Creek and 10 minutes from Vail, the neighborhood is a mountain paradise. You're literally staying 100 yards from the side of the mountain, with all the comforts of the suburbs. Even on days we didn't ski, my kids were in heaven just sledding and exploring. The place is the perfect size and we had a blast. I've booked this place in the summer too, and it was possibly even better then! The manicured golf course out the back door closes down before sunset, and you can run on perfect grass with mountains all around. It's heaven. For those without a car, in-town shuttles can get you anywhere in Avon, Beaver Creek, Vail, and more.

A Perfect Family & Dog-Friendly Getaway in EagleVail!
Our recent stay at this condo was great and checked all the boxes for a memorable family vacation with our kids and dog.The location was fantastic. Situated directly on the golf course, it offered a wonderful expanse for our kids to play safely after the golfers had cleared out! For our dog, the nearby lake was enjoyed, providing ample space for exercise and enjoyment. We also loved how walkable the area was, with a couple small playgrounds accessible for the kids.Its proximity to Beaver Creek, the town of Avon, and Vail made exploring the surrounding areas incredibly easy, and getting to and from the condo was a breeze.The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, ensuring everyone got a good night's rest after our busy days.The only minor drawbacks we encountered were the lack of air conditioning, which made the middle of the day and early evening a bit warm. However, the thoughtful provision of fans in every room certainly helped to mitigate this. Additionally, the refrigerator/freezer wasn't working properly upon our arrival. We were very impressed, though, with the prompt response from the property manager who immediately sent over a mini-fridge to tide us over and quickly dispatched a technician for repairs. We're confident that the issue has since been resolved.Overall, despite these small hiccups, we would recommend this condo. It's a great place for families and their dogs looking for a fun, comfortable, and well-located base to explore.

Refreshing, Relaxing, Rejuvinating
Our family of six had the most incredible stay at "Papa Jim's Condo" last week. The Fall leaves were brilliant and the cool temps outside made it impossible to stay indoors. We took daily walks along the beautiful golf course in the backyard, and enjoyed the two neighborhood parks within walking distance. Inside the condo we relaxed by the fireplace, snuggled up to watch movies, and cooked yummy meals in the kitchen. The condo had everything we needed, every detail was taken care of which made this place a home away from home. We spent so much time on the back patio with the stunning mountian view and space for the kids to play. There is so much beauty within minutes of this comfortable condo! The neighborhood is the perfect location tucked between Vail & Beaver Creek. Avon has everything you need without the worries or mess of a big city. We loved the views, walks, and park at Nottingham Lake, and walking through Vail Village is spectacular with the shops, the river, and playground and gardens at Ford Park! The place was clean, fresh, comfortable and communication was clear and easy. We will definitely be coming back!
