Located close to the pool, this ground floor, walk-in condo at Cedar Glen offers a beautiful view of the water! Sit out back on the screened in deck and take in the view!

Enjoy a full kitchen with all major appliances, a dining area with seating for 6 and 3 more at the breakfast bar, and a living room with comfy couch and huge flatscreen smart TV with Spectrum cable as well. There's also a stack washer and dryer available for your use.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and a smart TV, as well as an en suite bathroom with double vanity and a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, and a 50"' flat screen TV. The guest bathroom in the hall features a walk-in shower. This condo does not have any extra sleeping arrangements and therefore sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.

Cedar Glen complex amenities include a playground, 2 outdoor pools (one right next to this condo), horseshoes and a volleyball pit with room for the kids to run!

Just minutes from Camdenton, about 15 minutes from Osage Beach and less than five minutes from Lake Valley Golf Club and Old Kinderhook Golf Club and about 10 minutes to Ha Ha Tonka State Park.

Very nice condo with newer appointments. Very clean which is important to me. The internet dropped constantly but in this area coverage stinks overall. I would recommend and I would stay there again.

Just a little hiccup

There was a septic issue that prevented us from checking in on-time the first evening. A temporary fix for the situation was put in place and we were able to stay without water issues for the length of the stay. Communication from property management group was sufficient.
