Thank You Bradley. Very happy that you enjoyed the property and your stay. Welcome to return anytime. :)
Our family enjoyed our stay at this spacious waterfront home. The view of the bay was lovely and the home was all set up with everything that we needed. We were close to Parlee Beach and the town of Shediac. There were lots of great places to eat in the area and we especially enjoyed the fresh fish at a local take out. The home owner was quick to reply to messages and provided a great vacation home for our family. Would recommend this home to others.

Thank You Nancy. Was a pleasure to have you and very glad you enjoyed it. Welcome back anytime.
Beautiful property with great views of Shediac Island and the coastline. Bryan was great as host and answered any emails I sent. The only reason it's a 4* review (I would say 4.5) is we found the unit not quite as clean as it could have been upon entry. The dishes had to be redone because the plates had food stuck on them and the glasses had fingerprints and smudges...that said when we opened the dishwasher we found a clump of dishwasher detergent under the bottom rack so probably dishwashers fault but the dishes should not have been put away dirty. The stainless steel refrigerator looked like it was wiped down with a dirty rag on the front panel. A couple of other minor issues but overall cleanliness was good. The master bedroom could use night tables and lamps as it's a bit inconvenient to put your glass of water and ipad or book on the floor when retiring for the night. Towels could be updated in the master bath. And be prepared to be an early riser because the bedroom faces east and has large windows.
Although it looks like you are renting the whole house there are people living in the residence over the garage and it is a shared driveway so they can have access to the garage. Aside from this we enjoyed our stay and Bryan allowed us to entertain family for Thanksgiving. Overall it's a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the views of the bay from the livingroom and big front deck. Also a good place to start from to travel and explore the area. Overall a good experience.

Hi Mike. Very glad you enjoyed your stay for the most part, I’m so sorry you had to redo the dishes. This dishwasher was only installed in June and I did notice this once before but the actual door didn’t open because the guests had it too full with dishes. I will talk to the cleaners about this for sure. Obviously they just opened it and put them away without checking anything.
End tables are definitely something that will be put in for the spring, as this was our first venture into this and we just started in July so buying everything is difficult in the beginning.
Although we have purchased new towels there is some old ones that may have been mixed up for some reason. Usually I go inspect before every rental but in your case I was away on vacation.
Very glad you had a nice Thanks giving though and hope to see you back in the future. Welcome to stay with us anytime and we’ll try to make it perfect next time. 😊
Très belle propriété confortable.Endroit calme et paisible.Manque de débarbouillette et de papier hygiénique.

Hi Therese. Glad you liked the location and the home. Sorry you feel we didn't leave enough supplies but we put two full toilet paper in each washroom and also two or more washcloths in each washroom. I'm sorry that this is not sufficient for three nights.
