This property consists of a series of four physically separate structures, nestled close together: the main cottage, the guest bunkie, the office bunkie, and the screened in gazebo. The 70’ waterfront and dock are perfect for boating, swimming, and fishing enthusiasts. The spacious fully fenced-in garden is great for kids and furry friends to explore and play. There is high-speed internet for those who need to stay connected, and the separate office space offers a quiet and private environment. Escape to your own private slice of paradise, nestled on the peaceful shores of one of the Kawartha Lakes, right on the Trent Severn Canal.

In the main cottage, the master bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed (Hästens), providing the ultimate in comfort and support. The large smart TV is handy if you want to watch something while cuddling up in bed.

The second bedroom in the main cottage offers a comfortable queen size bed. It also has a desk for anyone who needs to sneak away and do some work, as well as a large smart TV. You can find board games here as well.

The beautifully decorated “guest bunkie” provides a romantic retreat separate from the main house. This cozy space has a comfortable king-size bed and is ideal for those who want acoustic isolation from the main house. It has its own heating and AC.

For those who need to stay connected, the separate office bunkie offers a quiet and private environment, with its own entrance and has high speed WiFi.
