The property is very walkable to the beach and the sound side where dogs could swim. Dogs were not allowed on the beach before October 1. The upper floor balcony received a nice ocean breeze. The lower balcony does not. We loved being on the South end of the island where the beaches are not only gorgeous, but not crowded at all.

The positives for this property are the location that is a quick walk to the beach and that a large group or family can be together but still have some separation. Some of the negatives include the staining on the furniture, carpets and throw rugs, cat/dog hair on the chair, the mold in the bathroom, and a roach that crawled across the pillow. We checked out after two nights when it was supposed to be a four night stay due to condition of the property.
