Please note that if leave your pet unattended in the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a $100 fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.
We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. All linens and towels will also be provided, along with a starter supply of coffee. If you require any additional items upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please be aware for people with mobility issues, there is one step up to the bedroom.

Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.
We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they donβt stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

The property had everything we needed. There were plenty of kitchen necessities and bath towels. The couch was very comfortable for watching tv. We had a wonderful time exploring St Augustine as well as time at the beach.
Great location! It was wonderful to jump on the old town trolley just up the block. The rental itself was very clean and cozy. We would definitely rent again!
Good location. We average 15k steps a day which allowed access to St George street as well as everything we wanted to do or see. Facility was pretty clean and the area was quiet and safe
Let me say Property was as described nice and clean. location was great. The only problem is there are people attached in front of your room and above you. Unless you like staying up late rethink this property.
This was such a cute vibrant little place with such unique charm. The entire place was completely stocked with more than you needed. I personally appreciated the amount of towels and toilet paper that had lol. Some places leave you two rolls and four towels but this place had plenty. It had a cute outside seating area with honeysuckle veins. THE BED was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The location was a few blocks from George st but walking distance for most. It had a nice breakfast place a couple of blocks away along with a couple of restaurants. Southern Grounds had amazing breakfast food. The Ice Plant was a nice unique spot for drinks or food around the block. We totally enjoyed our stay. The only thing I will say is the upstairs neighbor walk very loudly. That woke us up a few times but other than that, this place was wonderful. Thanks to the hosts for the suggestions and helpful tips. The city trolley is worth it as well and it drops you very close to this location.
The communication was excellent. The check in and out process was easy. The place was very clean and had everything you need. It was nice to be close to everything within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again next time we are in St. Augustine.
This was a cool place to stay, cool retro decor, comfy bed, and clean. The location was great about 4 minutes from the downtown shops. I would stay here again π

We had a great time in St.Augustine. Weather was perfect . The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great off street parking and nice that we where able to walk to everything.
Entire experience (booking, communication with the host, checking in and out) was beyond smooth... our apartment C upon our arrival was clean, very comfortable, loved the 50's retro style decorations, walking distance to town center was less than 15 mins... so yes, all was perfect... highly recommend.
Our stay was. Wonderful close to alot of things. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that there was no local tv channels everything has to be done on a streaming app ,which we don't have. Otherwise all good.
Such a neat property with an awesome theme! Great location! Walking distance to the distillery and literally across the road from Fish Camp, an amazing restaurant we tried. We would absolutely come back!!
What a great little place. So clean and cozy, and close to everything. We enjoyed strolling around and felt happy coming back here to settle in for the evenings. The accommodations were plenty and well stocked. We are very happy with everything and would highly recommend.

The decor was happy, and lots of my favorite color, red. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was cozy. It was an easy walk to the historic area and great food across the street. The only minor issue is that it is on a busy street but it didn't deter us from a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
My husband and I enjoyed the weekend here. It was a nice little walk to all of the restaurants and shops. The Fish Camp and Ice Plant were right across the street. Both were excellent.
Check in and out are simple, parking was right at the door, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
