The apartment is very close to the Pascoal Grill restaurant and steakhouse, Chef's Petiscaria and steakhouse, Chalé brewery and steakhouse, as well as the Tuti Fruti and Smart supermarkets. It is also very close to pharmacies, ice cream parlours, snack bars, beauty salons, and drink distributors.

The rubbish lorry comes every day to collect the trash except on Sundays, and the building's dustbin is on the pavement in front of the building.
We can assist with passenger transport to the bus station and airport.
