Lovely property located in the middle of the Lovedale winery area. It has a nicely well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Communication was great. We had trouble getting the Spa to warm up and they sent someone out immediately.

Place was good location but quite run down. THe kitchen area was great but the rooms are small and bathrooms too. When we arrived we saw there was items left in the fridge and then an hour later had a knock at the door by someone from the property coming to get the medication for the people who stayed there prior to us. We were again disturbed when house keeping came back to split the beds after I requested tke king become 2x singles, but it was not done on arrival. Not a great first stay at the property

Our apologies that some medication was left behind by the previous guests, we did notify you in advance that a staff member would be by to collect it, but apologies for the inconvenience. We are also very sorry that housekeeping missed your bedding preference, but happy they were able to quickly rectify this for you.
