Lack of compassion

I have no beef with the property manager. Theres also no reason to be compassionate when someones circumstances change and they are unable to make the trip (when it was booked just 3 weeks ago) but the fact they were unwilling to rebook for the future has cost them a future and frequent renter. You can keep my money ultimately that is your choice, but as someone who rents in Windsor yearly, this property will not be rented again. Im sure the house is fine. The kindness part could use a little work.bit

Overall Disappointed

The listing looked beautiful but not what we expected once we arrived. Pictures on the website do show the actual furnishings but doesn't show the all the wear and tear of the furnishings. Tables were dated and marked up. Couch absolutely filthy and did not sit on it the entire time we were there. Ceiling looked like it had an active leak, freezer seemed to be not working, light fixture upstairs broken, shower head taped. Second morning came down and the ceiling plaster was on the floor and water everywhere. Fridge was not working also. The location was very good and close to the Disney Parks. Pool was nice but freezing and water was low. Overall, the main issue is it was very, very dirty and the pictures did not match to the dated furnishings.I would not recommend staying until they update and clean the house, fix the leak and the fridge. Disappointed for the money that we spent.
